Terms of Use for TANK ’84
These Terms govern your use of TANK ’84 on iPhone and iPad. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
AviLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play TANK ’84 on Apple devices you own or control, through the App Store, for your own entertainment. You do not buy the Game’s code, art, maps, or audio — you license a copy to play.
2. What the Game is
TANK ’84 is an original arcade work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a remake of any other tank cartridge, studio, or armed force. The title nods to arcade year 1984 and to the Ukrainian T-84 tank as cultural reference only.
3. Your conduct
You will not reverse engineer the Game except where the law allows, cheat in a way that harms other players, or use Nearby play to harass anyone. You are responsible for how you use local network features in your space.
4. Nearby and Game Center
Nearby play requires another device in range and Local Network permission. Game Center is optional and governed by Apple. We do not guarantee that every Apple ID region or network will complete a match.
5. Health and safety
Take breaks. Play in a safe place. The Game includes flashing spawn effects. If you are sensitive to flash, play with caution.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game (often zero if the Game is free).
7. App Store
If you obtained the Game from Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as required by that agreement.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Game or these Terms. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new Terms. We may stop offering the Game. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it.
