TANK ’84
Hangar field guide — rules, tanks, and power-ups.
TANK ’84 is an original landscape arcade for iPhone and iPad. You command a tank, hold the hangar, and keep the shield at the bottom of the field intact.
Eighty-four stages. Twenty enemies each. Up to four on the field at once (six in two-player).
Play stages 1–3 free. Unlock Full Game (one-time IAP) for all 84 stages and random maps. Modes stay free — no ads, no energy.

Steer with the pad. Destroy all twenty tanks before they crack the HQ shield.

The red button fires. Hold your lane and protect the hangar.

The base at the bottom of the field. If it falls, the sortie is over.

Breaks from any shot. Soft cover for you — and for them.

Needs a STAR — armor-piercing rounds punch through.

First strips your oar (if swimming), then your stars, then a life.

Bonuses fall from flashing carriers — spawns 3, 6, 10, 14, and 17. The pickup on the dirt pulses so you can spot it.

Opposing shots cancel in mid-air. Use that lane fight.
Pause anytime. After STAGE CLEAR, NEXT keeps your score, lives, and stars.
1P is one pad. 2P is two phones in the room (Nearby) or Game Center — one tank per device.

Green armor. Pad to move, red button to fire. Hold the hangar and the HQ shield.

Slow basic threat. Easy to read, still dangerous in a pack.

Small and fast. Hard to pin — don’t let it flank the base.

Mid speed, fires often. Respect the rate of fire.

Heavy hull. Takes four hits before it goes down.

Ten seconds of steel nerves — you shrug off hits.

Freezes every enemy on the field for ten seconds.

Rebuilds the wood around HQ.

One: armor-piercing. Two: dual shot. Three: an extra life.

Clears every enemy currently on the screen.

Extra life. Stack it when the hangar gets loud.

Drive on water for twelve seconds. A hit ends the timer; if you are still in the canal you can crawl to shore — the aura lasts until dirt.
This is not a remake of anyone else’s cartridge. The maps, art, and rules were built for this game. The name is a salute — 1984 arcade heat, and a nod to a real machine from Kharkiv.
Defend the base.
